THE NEWSPAPER WITH BACKPACK

Paper newspapers are decreasing their circulation every day. Online newspapers are now the most popular way to get information and find out what is happening in the world, but also in our city. Starting from the local newspaper, ManfredoniaNews.it, the aim is to give school pupils a deeper knowledge of how a small local newspaper is born and created, to then come to the knowledge and reading of national newspapers, almost unknown objects of information for small "digital natives", and the creation of a class magazine. The project was conceived by the Cultural Future Projects Association in collaboration with the editorial staff of Manfredonianews.it. Progetti Futuri thanks Maria Antonietta Di Sabato (Deputy Director of ManfredoniaNews), Lorenzo Vitulano (Director of the De Sanctis School), Franca Rosati (Teacher) and the students of 5th B of the elementary school "De Sanctis" of Manfredonia AS 2015/2016 for making this interesting project possible.
