NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
The communication OPEN DAY "How to communicate effectively - NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)" took place on Saturday 26 May. organized by Future Projects.
The presentation held by Avv. Antonio Caputo has led professionals, enthusiasts and ordinary people to discover the hidden techniques of communication.

Avv. Antonio Caputo, former author of the book “Man and the legal phenomenon” Aletti 2011 edition - expert and lover of NLP, is working on the next book entitled NLP - practical communication manual.
NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING
The human mind can be thought of as a computer that receives inputs and generates output. The five senses allow the brain to find the information (input) necessary to move and act in the real world, through behavior and action (output).
The behavior patterns that distinguish us as individuals are the result of an unconscious programming (writing, driving, dancing, etc…).
Some of the aforementioned schemes, however, are not useful to the individual: smoking, panicking, biting nails, feeling uncomfortable, not knowing how to approach others.
NLP provides the necessary tools to become aware of, and change, our "map of the territory" for a better quality of life in social and personal relationships.
Understanding posture, linguistic cadence, body movements in space, the type of writing allows those who have mastered the techniques to better relate to others and obtain better personal results at work, in the community and in communication, all for a single purpose: to improve the quality of life through the achievement of set goals.
